Training
Some of the best climbers in the worlds are now using trainers to maximize improvement. We talked to one of the top female trad climbers recently and she uses a trainer for a number of exercises to improve her anaerobic endurance (in her words, "puke threshold").
Our rates vary from $20-55/hour depending on specifics such as location, memberships (to gyms) and type of training.
We have over 20 years of coaching and training experience, ISSA certification and have a vast library of exercise physiology and nutrition books to refer to when it comes to helping clients achieve their fitness and climbing goals.

We offer training and coaching for all different climbing levels from 5.1 to 5.14! We will do all the record keeping in a specific database that you'll be able to access and continue to post results to if you wish.
