What To Bring

-Weather can be very changeable, and it usually rains weekly in the Southeast, so it is good to be prepared for variable (read: wet) conditions.

• Closed toe shoes (running/hiking/approach best)
• Backpack (daypack or bigger)
• Light rain jacket (can be plastic poncho)
• Sunscreen/Lip"screen"

• 2l water minimum
• Snacks/Lunch
